Tracy Davidson

Operations Director

A dedicated leader and active member of the Westerville community for over 30 years, Tracy Davidson lives in Westerville with her husband, Mark, and has three grown children. She recently joined Blair IT as the Operations Director, bringing extensive organizational expertise and a community-focused approach to the team.

With 11 years of service on the Westerville Board of Education, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to supporting all students and public education.

As the founder and chair of the nonprofit The Big Bus, a mobile classroom initiative that increases access to resources, opportunities, and learning by meeting students and families where they are, she remains dedicated to creating meaningful community impact.

A passionate advocate for student success, Davidson has served as a board member of the Westerville Education Challenge (WEC) for 12 years, supporting initiatives that fund Social-Emotional Learning programs for students. An active Rotarian, she also participates in various school and local organizations, enjoying her free time volunteering and connecting with family and friends.
